Laetitia is a CIPD-qualified People and Organisational Development specialist with experience across HR Operations, Business Partnering, Organisational Development, and HR Systems Transformation. She combines strong HR generalist depth with hands-on expertise in HRIS implementation, process improvement, and people-centred change. Her work spans the arts, housing, sport, manufacturing, automotive, telecoms, financial services, and IT sectors across the UK and Asia.
As Founder of Laetitia Paul Consultancy, she supports organisations with HR transformation, process design, and full-cycle HR system implementation. Her approach is grounded in clarity, collaboration, and continuous learning, enabling clients to build efficient, people-focused foundations for long-term success.
She has led major HR programmes including HR operations redesign, People & Culture strategy delivery, Learning & Development planning, wellbeing strategy development, hybrid working frameworks, policy creation, and pay benchmarking. She has successfully relaunched failed HR systems by rebuilding process ownership, restoring stakeholder trust, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration. As Head of People Operations at Welsh National Opera, she applied the same principles to lead People Services and Payroll, design HR frameworks, and deliver a full iTrent implementation within tight deadlines. Earlier in her career, she contributed to the development of a training management system as the functional specialist.
