→ Provided delivery management expertise to a local authority to support delivery of its £65m transformation programme. The programme delivered £20m of auditable savings in the first year of delivery with a roadmap for a further £45m savings over 4 years.
→ Led carve-out project activities in a mergers and acquisitions consulting team supporting a private sector acquisition and implemented a project management tool to support and drive the project.
→ Played a vital role in supporting a sale within a global business, working directly with the client delivery team and key stakeholders to create level 0-2 delivery plans in 7 active work streams operating across Europe.
→ Led a governance review for a local authority’s cost-saving initiative, resulting in developing and successfully implementing an augmented programme structure within an 8-week timeframe, alongside the agile delivery of several cost saving initiatives.
→ Supported cyber security and ethical hacking line of service for a global consultancy. Developed delivery plans, assessing risks, and acting as an intermediary between client stakeholders
→ Managed the completion of tax returns for high net-worth individuals across 14 EU countries, facilitating communication and delivery between clients and the consultancy team, building strong relationships, and overseeing the overarching programme billing processes.
→ Formed part of a high-performing data migration project team, successfully migrating 1.8m source documents from a retired clinical system to a current ‘in-production’ system within 12 months.
