Anne-Louise Clark

Anne–Louise has over 30 years’ experience leading organisational transformation, strengthening governance, and driving cultural change across public and third sector organisations.

Most recently, as Executive Director for Communication and Change at Audit Wales, she worked closely with the Board as part of the leadership team to streamline performance reporting systems that improved organisational insight, delivered cultural transformation, enhanced stakeholder engagement and championed digital innovation.

Previously, as Chief Officer for Customer and Commercial at Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, Anne–Louise led a cross-functional transformation to improve customer experience, establish community hubs, and deliver a savings programme through smart commissioning and procurement.

Governance is central to her current role as Chair of the Board at Platform for Change Ltd, a leading Welsh mental health and social justice charity. In this capacity, Anne–Louise helps shape strategic direction, refine inclusive trustee recruitment, strengthen risk management, and support the executive team to optimise resources and delivery.
