Nathan is a delivery-focused project management professional with over four and a half years’ experience supporting complex public sector programmes and transformation initiatives. He has developed expertise in managing projects across the full lifecycle, from mobilisation through delivery to service transition and exit, while building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring high-quality outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Nathan has a proven track record of delivering large-scale government programmes, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing governance and reporting, and driving continuous improvement throughout delivery. Key achievements

→ Played a leading PM role in the mobilisation, delivery, and successful exit of the administration of a £1.1 billion COVID-19 support fund, managing the programme over a four-year period and leading the transition of services back to the client at contract end date.

→ Supported the delivery of the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund, contributing to the successful management of a large-scale, multi-year government programme focused on improving the energy efficiency and sustainability of social housing across England.

→ Managed complex stakeholder relationships across government clients, delivery teams, and external partners, ensuring effective governance, transparent reporting, and the successful delivery of programme objectives throughout multiple project phases.

→ Lead PM role on a high profile insolvency case. Working with Insolvency Practioners, Customer Management, Legal and Finance teams in order to produce successful outcomes on a major programme of work.

→ Led service transition and exit activities for a major public sector programme, developing transition plans, coordinating knowledge transfer, and ensuring a seamless handover of operational responsibilities to the client.

→ Championed social mobility initiatives throughout his time at PwC, dedicating significant time to supporting students from lower socio-economic backgrounds in accessing careers within professional services.

→ Led PwC’s local office work experience programme for three consecutive years, designing and delivering engaging programmes that introduced students to consulting and professional services while creating opportunities for mentoring, skills development, and career insight.
