Celeste is an economics and finance graduate from Swansea University, known for her adaptability, open-mindedness, and intuitive nature. She thrives in leadership roles, having served as House Captain, Vice President of the Afro-Caribbean Society and a leading member of a student-led team at the Office of National Statistics.
Celeste’s diverse work experiences with prominent organisations have fuelled my ambition to one day build a thriving multinational organisation based on hard work, individuality, and positive change.
Key achievements
→ Provided programme support to local authority to create and launch a transformation programme to deliver £65m of savings over 4 years while improving services to residents. The programme delivered £20m of auditable savings in the first year of delivery with a roadmap for a further £45m savings.
