Craig Lewis

Craig is a business transformation consultant with a proven track record of delivering meaningful, sustained change across complex organisations. His expertise spans operational transformation, project management, and change leadership, underpinned by a people-centred approach and grounded in recognised frameworks such as Kotter’s 8-Step Model and Lewin’s Force Field Analysis. He has led large-scale transformation programmes translating strategic design into measurable results, including £500,000 in cost savings delivered through process mapping and waste reduction in a MedTech operations environment, and as Interim General Manager he translated complex financial data into tangible operational behaviours, achieving financial turnaround alongside cultural change.

Facilitation is central to Craig’s practice: he designs and leads workshops across diverse stakeholder groups, prioritising psychological safety and inclusive dialogue to build genuine alignment, and holds a Level 3 Award in Training and Education. His particular strength lies in embedding lasting behavioural change — a focus explored in his MBA dissertation on broadening participation in continuous improvement through structured training and reinforced processes and KPIs. He brings cross-sector perspective and clear communication across organisational levels, with a consistent ability to make transformation stick.
